Our Partners’ Selective Experience
- Advised on the establishment of the first Shariah-compliant unlisted real estate investment trust which focuses on educational assets.
- Advised Malakoff Corporation Berhad, a public listed company in Malaysia on their investment in a waste treatment project and potential investment in a waste energy project in Vietnam. Our scope of work includes conducting due diligence on the target company as well as advising on the potential transaction.
- Advised a China-based textile manufacturing company in its establishment in Vietnam and lease of land in Quang Ninh industrial zone. Our scope of work includes assisting with the review of the construction agreements.
- Advised a Private Equity Fund on the acquisition of a residential project located in Ho Chi Minh City including land acquisition and compensation, financing structures for multiple investors, due diligence, structure for the acquisition including documentation, regulatory requirements, offshore and onshore joint venture issues and licensing approvals.
- Advised a sovereign wealth fund on the investment into a US$80 Million villa residential project in Ho Chi Minh City.

- Advised Green Waste Management Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Comintel Corporation Berhad, a listed company in Malaysia, on its first investment into Vietnam to develop a solid waste treatment plant in Hanoi, Vietnam.
