  • Advised the joint lead arrangers on the construction bridge Islamic term facility of up to RM2.5 billion granted to Projek Lintasan Damansara-Shah Alam Sdn Bhd to part finance the development, design and construction of the Damansara – Shah Alam Expressway in Malaysia.

  • Advised China Solar Energy Investment Limited in relation to the acquisition loan in the amount of up to USD1.267 billion granted by China Development Bank Corporation for the acquisition of assets from Edra Energy.

  • Advised a syndicate of lenders on the term loan facility of up to USD1.25 billion granted to Pengerang Terminals (Two) Sdn Bhd to fund project costs of its oil storage terminal in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia.

  • Advised as Malaysian counsels for the arranger, ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch, on the term loan facilities of up to USD75 million granted to a regional leading provider of solar energy to fund the development of solar projects across ASEAN and the subsequent upsizing to USD85 million.

  • Advised as Malaysian counsels for foreign and local lenders on conventional facility of up to USD271.8 million and Murabaha facility of up to RM500 million granted to a leisure and entertainment group of companies in Malaysia.

  • Advised as Malaysian counsels for Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch on SGD62  million term loan facility granted to Health Management International Ltd to part-fund the acquisition of 3 companies in the healthcare sector in Malaysia.

  • Advised Malayan Cement Berhad on the syndicated term financing-i facility of up to RM2 billion granted by Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad to finance the acquisition of 10 companies in the cement and ready-mixed concrete sectors in Malaysia. 

  • Advised Asia Digital Engineering Sdn Bhd, the engineering and maintenance subsidiary of Capital A Berhad, on the term loan facilities of up to USD100 million granted by OCP Asia Ltd to finance capital expenditure of 2 aircraft hangars and 14 lines facility in Sepang, Malaysia.

  • Advised a Chinese leading developer and operator of high-performance data centres on RM1.266 billion term loan facilities granted to its Malaysian subsidiary by a syndicate of lenders to fund the total development cost of the proposed development of data centre in Nusajaya, Johor.
