Our Partners’ Selective Experience
- Advised the joint venture between Table & Apron and Corevino in a joint venture of more than RM2,000,000 in share capital.
- Advised AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited, a Thailand leading manufacturing company in the automative area listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, in their joint venture project with VINFAST, a significant subsidiary of VINGROUP – one of the larges conglomerates listed on the Stock Exchange of Vietnam.
- Advised a sovereign wealth fund of the Malaysian government, on a proposed investment into one of the largest food and beverage chains in Vietnam at and onshore and offshore level. The investment involves about 20 groups of companies and deals with debt and equity instruments which are interlinked between the entities in Vietnam as well as entities in Hong Kong, Singapore and British Virgin Island. We also conducted due diligence over the group companies which are related and involve in various operations of the food and beverages business and retail sector in Vietnam.
- Advising a leading primary healthcare providers in the Asia Pacific Region owning over 250 medical clinics, dental clinics and medical imaging centres in its first joint venture into Vietnam. Our scope of work incudes due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, advising on capital increase procedures and regulatory issues.
- Advised on an investment by our client into a Vietnamese education institution operating an international school, bilingual school, kindergarten. Boarding school and e-study programme in Ho Chi Minh City. Our scope of work includes due diligence, negotiations, shareholder issues, preparation of investment documentation, and documentation for licensing approvals and regulatory issues.
- Advised a leading global appliance company on its potential joint venture project via an acquisitions of shares of local company.
